With deep roots in the Bow Valley where she was born and raised, Jasmine has been practicing massage therapy since 2019. She is passionate about fostering wellness within her community and is grateful to support her clients toward healing. Her journey into the world of therapeutic healing began with a foundation in Kinesiology, which helped to hone her understanding of the human body’s functions and capabilities. Jasmine applied her knowledge and passion for wellness in her work as a personal trainer and as a tour guide for an active travel company before pursuing a career in massage therapy. Jasmine believes that the body possesses an innate ability to heal itself but occasionally requires gentle guidance and support. This philosophy influences her approach to massage therapy, where she emphasizes the importance of nurturing not only the physical body, but also the mind and spirit. Her practice has evolved to include elements of energy healing such as Reiki, and fire cupping; interests sparked by both her professional and personal exploration into the realms of holistic well- being. In a treatment, Jasmine adopts a whole person approach, working with the nervous system and listening to the body’s subtle cues. This sensitivity allows her to tailor her massages to each individual’s needs, creating a therapeutic experience that is both intuitive and grounded in a range of modalities.
