If you’re working through an injury or trying to get back to feeling like yourself again, Terryn understands what that journey can look like—both physically and mentally. Terryn Penner, Kin holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and has been practicing kinesiology since 2019. With advanced training in concussion management, exercise prescription, and functional capacity evaluations, she creates structured, goal-oriented programs designed to help you move forward with confidence. Terryn works with patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, workplace injuries, chronic pain, and concussions. Her approach focuses on improving strength, mobility, and function in a way that feels practical and sustainable—so you can return to your daily activities, work, or sport with clarity and confidence. Having grown up as a competitive gymnast and athlete, and having navigated injuries herself, Terryn brings a deeper level of understanding to recovery. She knows that healing isn’t just physical, and she supports her patients with both the structure and encouragement needed to keep progressing. In addition to rehabilitation, Terryn also provides ergonomic assessments to help reduce strain and improve comfort in work environments. She believes in equipping patients with the tools and knowledge they need to maintain long-term health and prevent future injury. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her enjoying the outdoors—rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, or spending time at the lake with family and friends. Please note: Terryn does not treat prenatal patients or vertigo.
