Margo is a Registered Massage Therapist and recent graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, offering thoughtful, client-centered care focused on recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being. Having grown up involved in sports across the province, Margo has a strong understanding of athletic performance, injury, and recovery. Her treatments combine therapeutic massage with a calm, intuitive approach to help reduce tension, relieve discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing process. She has also completed additional training in cupping and gua sha, which can be incorporated into treatments to promote circulation and deeper recovery. Each session is tailored to the individual, whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, or stress reduction. Margo is excited to be building her client base in the Valley and to be part of the Restore Health and Sport team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active.
