Eric’s journey into chiropractic care began with a deep passion for human movement and performance, shaped by years of playing hockey and participating in sports. A traumatic knee injury in his youth sparked his interest in rehabilitation and led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Now a licensed Chiropractor and Personal Trainer, Eric integrates clinical knowledge with personal experience to help others recover from injury and move with confidence. Eric specializes in evidence-based chiropractic care, with a strong emphasis on active rehabilitation and functional movement. Whether addressing acute injuries, chronic pain, or performance goals, he designs individualized treatment plans that combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. His approach is rooted in current research and guided by a commitment to patient-centered care. Outside the clinic, Eric enjoys playing hockey, running, biking, and spending time outdoors. He’s also a devoted audiobook and podcast listener, constantly staying up to date on health science, rehabilitation, and performance topics.
