Lymphatic Drainage

At AHS we do a combination of lymphatic drainage massage and SMRT, which allows us to gently work with lymphedema, and inflammation after surgery. Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle massage technique that promotes the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. The lymphatic system is a network of vessels and nodes that helps remove waste products, toxins, and excess fluid from tissues.
