Sydney is Active Balance Health Centre’s first Athletic Therapist, offering injury assessment, hands-on treatment, athletic taping, rehabilitation, return-to-daily-activities and return-to-sport care. Her practice is patient-focused and performance-driven, with individualized treatment plans designed to help athletes and active individuals recover, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities that matter most.
Please select this appointment if you are new client for Athletic Therapy at Active Balance Health Centre or have a new injury that requires a complete assessment. Your first visit includes a detailed review of your injury, health history, physical demands, and goals, followed by a comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessment. Sydney will explain her findings and begin an individualized treatment and rehabilitation plan. Your appointment may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, athletic taping, education, and a home rehabilitation program, as appropriate.
