Dr. James Goodfellow earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he received comprehensive training in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and evidence-informed rehabilitation. Dr. Goodfellow takes a hands-on, individualized approach to care, combining chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, and functional rehabilitation. James developed a strong interest in health, movement, and performance through his background in fitness and competitive sport working with athletes and active individuals across all levels. He collaborates closely with his patients to develop treatment plans tailored to their goals; whether returning to sport, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or enhancing overall function. Outside of the clinic, James enjoys strength training, running, and exploring the outdoors with his dog.
