Lesley is a graduate of Langara College's Registered Massage Therapy program and is currently awaiting full registration. Through her hands-on clinical experience, she has developed a strong foundation in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, working with individuals managing chronic tension, and supporting clients recovering from injury or living with neurological symptoms. She strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, and cared for. Her treatment approach integrates a variety of techniques including relaxation swedish massage, therapeutic myofascial release, assisted stretching, and trigger point therapy. Lesley is dedicated to providing compassionate care and looks forward to helping you improve mobility, relieve pain, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
