With more than 18 years of hands-on clinical experience, Erika is a therapist dedicated to providing intentional, results-driven care tailored to each individual client. A graduate of the Denver School of Massage Therapy, her foundation is rooted in both the art and science of therapeutic bodywork. She takes a client-centered approach to every session, carefully assessing each client’s unique needs and goals — whether that means addressing chronic pain, restoring mobility, managing stress, or simply creating space to decompress and recharge. No two bodies are the same, and no two sessions should be either. Her practice draws from a broad and diverse range of modalities, including deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, and cupping — allowing her to build a customized treatment plan that evolves with each client over time. At the heart of her work is a genuine commitment to client well-being. Erika believes that therapeutic massage is a powerful tool for restoring quality of life, reducing discomfort, and supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal. It is her privilege to be part of that process — and she looks forward to creating a therapeutic experience that truly works for each person she works with.
60 minute massage sessions are great for really getting in there and focusing on that tension that you always hold *there* and allowing your therapist time for full-body massage that doesn't need a lot of focused work.
