I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified in Manual Lymph Drainage. By integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point style massage, Reflexology, and Thai Stretching my approach to massage therapy is unique. In addition to massage I enjoy providing body treatments such as Body Wraps, Cupping, and Hot Stone. With the knowledge I have gathered through my training and years of experience , I have an understanding of how beneficial detoxification of the body can be. As it can aid in both a healthier immune system, and appearance. I tailor the massage to each individual clients needs. Before our session we will have a discussion about your specific needs. Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific trigger points within your feet, hands and face to help correct energy flows throughout your body. This modality will use tools designed for each area and focuses on myofascial release, lymphatics and trigger point therapy. Thirty minute focuses on only one of the three areas; the sixty and ninety minute focuses on all three areas.
