Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific trigger points within your feet, hands and face to help correct energy flows throughout your body. This modality will use tools designed for each area and focuses on myofascial release, lymphatics and trigger point therapy. Thirty minute focuses on only one of the three areas; the sixty and ninety minute focuses on all three areas.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle bodywork which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. 60 Minute - Covers specific areas of the body, not full body (i.e. arms, legs, face, abdomen) 90 Minute - Covers full body 120 Minute - Covers full body, cupping (if requested) and longer sequences
