I am a Doctor of Chinese Medicine dedicated to integrative family care, with a special focus on women’s health. My practice is grounded in the belief that the body holds innate wisdom. Through Chinese medicine and other somatic modalities, I have navigated my own health challenges and believe wholeheartedly in the potential of an individual to return to harmony, given the right environment. With a clinical focus on hormonal health, digestion, emotional well-being, pain relief, sports injuries, and trauma recovery, I integrate acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, craniosacral therapy, massage, and yoga therapy to create individualized, holistic treatments. I am deeply passionate about women’s health and support women in all stages of life in reconnecting with their bodies and reclaiming their vitality. I also welcome people of all genders, including youth, children, and infants, into my care. I mentor emerging practitioners in cultivating their own unique approaches to acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and I teach at Pacific Rim College of Integrative Medicine. Outside the clinic, I can be found at the beach or in the ocean. I live for surfing and enjoy crafting herbal remedies, dancing, and homesteading. I look forward to meeting you!
