After graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1997 I pursued many post graduate courses building on the baseline education I received in college. As early as 1999 my fascination with the network of connective tissue known as fascia began and it wasn’t long before I chose to dedicate my entire career to learning, understanding and working with this intricate and complex area of our physical anatomy. My work as a registered massage therapist has taken me on a journey of learning and exploration into treatment modalities for the benefit of my own physical health and those of my patients. Throughout my career I have developed a keen understanding of how targeted fascial release can enhance flexibility, reduce pain and promote overall wellness. My extensive background in this field has given me the opportunity to work with patients from diverse backgrounds including those seeking injury recovery, athletic optimization and stress management. My approach is patient-centred focusing on customized treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs and goals.
