Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is designed to support relaxation, reduce muscular tension, and regulate the nervous system. This treatment integrates therapeutic bodywork techniques, offered as either deep tissue or Swedish massage, to improve circulation, relieve pain, and restore balance throughout the body.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic drainage using the Vodder Method is a gentle technique that encourages lymph flow to reduce swelling, support detoxification, and promote nervous system regulation. *Please be aware: For optimal results using the Vodder method, sessions focus on a limited number of areas, typically up to 2 areas in shorter sessions or up to 3 areas in 90-minute sessions. This is not a full-body treatment, and completing the full body requires multiple sessions for best results. Areas of focus will be selected and discussed with your therapist during the session.
