60 minute Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic drainage using the Vodder Method is a gentle technique that encourages lymph flow to reduce swelling, support detoxification, and promote nervous system regulation. *Please be aware: For optimal results using the Vodder method, sessions focus on a limited number of areas, typically up to 2 areas in shorter sessions or up to 3 areas in 90-minute sessions. This is not a full-body treatment, and completing the full body requires multiple sessions for best results. Areas of focus will be selected and discussed with your therapist during the session.
