I am a proud graduate of Bryan College, offering a full range of treatments from Deep Tissue to Relaxation massage. Before becoming an RMT, I spent time working with the army, where I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, resilience, and the importance of physical well-being. As an athlete myself, I understand how much training and everyday life can demand from the body, and how essential recovery is for feeling and performing your best. My goal is to help each client maintain strength, mobility, and balance, whether you’re training hard, working long hours, or simply looking to ease daily tension. I strive to create a calm, supportive space where every treatment is tailored to help you feel cared for, restored, and empowered in your wellness journey.
