Massage
A 60 minute relaxation focused massage, designed using concepts from traditional massage therapy, Thai massage and Cranio-Sacral therapy. The goal of this treatment is to relax the mind, activate the Vagus nerve and help regulate the nervous system. Through nervous system regulation we aim to gently bring the body back to homeostasis and activate it's natural ability to heal. This is a mini version of the 90 minute Stillpoint Massage. This treatment addresses the main points of emphasis from the original version: the neck and head, stomach and feet. (You can request to skip any areas that you do not want treated.)
Reflexology
Foot reflexology is an ancient holistic practice based on the principle that specific points on the feet (reflexes) correspond to different organs, structures and glands throughout the body. It is believed that Reflexology can help clear blockages in these areas and stimulate the body's natural healing ability. Reflexology can be helpful in reducing stress, improving quality of sleep and relieving muscle tension and pain throughout the body. Foot reflexology (when performed by an RMT) is considered to be under the scope of Massage Therapy and can be billed as massage therapy to your health benefits.
