With additional training in pre- and postnatal exercise, ergonomics, and concussion rehabilitation, Danielle supports a wide range of patients through different stages of life and recovery. This 60-minute appointment includes a full initial assessment, a custom exercise program tailored to your goals, and guided demonstrations to ensure you feel confident with each movement. Your kinesiologist will review the exercises with you, answer questions, and help you begin a safe and effective plan to support your strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
