Rachel was born and raised in Calgary and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mind Sciences from the U of C. During her time there, she played five seasons with the Dinos varsity volleyball team. Her experience in elite sports, both as an athlete and a coach, highlighted the importance of injury prevention and recovery, which inspired her to pursue a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. Rachel uses a client-centered approach, combining manual therapy, education, and movement-based treatments to address the root causes of injuries and prevent them from coming back. Looking for a return-to-sport plan? Rachel’s got you covered! When Rachel isn’t in the clinic, you’ll likely find her in the mountains—hiking, skiing, or backpacking—or staying busy training for her next adventure!
