Harshil graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 from the Government Spine Institute at Gujarat University, one of Asia’s largest government hospitals. To further his expertise in holistic wellness, he became a Certified Food and Nutritionist in 2022 before moving to Ottawa, where he completed a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Algonquin College. This unique combination of clinical science and fitness promotion allows him to possess a deep understanding of the human body’s intricate mechanics. His treatment philosophy centers on “active rehabilitation,” where he works closely with patients to create collaborative plans that optimize recovery and prevent future injury. Harshil’s clinical toolkit includes Manual Therapy, Functional Dry Needling, Acupuncture, K-Taping, and Trigger Point Release.
