Why Knot! Massage & Wellness

**Nicola Creelman, RMT** **Your massage. Your rules. Nicola can roll with it.** Nicola is something of a quiet wildcard. Want to chat through your treatment? She’s happy to chat. Want an hour when nobody expects you to make conversation or form a coherent thought? Also excellent. Practising since 2021, Nicola has built a varied toolkit that includes deep tissue and relaxation massage, hot stone, sports massage, and assisted stretching. She also offers manual lymphatic drainage as a separate, gentler treatment. Maybe your back is being obnoxious, your calves have unionized, or your hips need some help moving comfortably. Nicola has options. There’s a sneaky sense of humour beneath her quieter side, but she’ll follow your lead. Conversation, comfortable silence, focused work, a chance to switch off—tell Nicola what you need, and she’ll take it from there.
