I enjoy helping people feel better. Ive worked in Highlands County from retail, the Post Office, Substitute Teacher and a Physical Therapist Assistant. Now, I have the privilege of focusing on one person at a time helping them feel better, with massage therapy. I use several instruments, such as cupping with a gliding technique, CoreStones, Gua Sha Chinese tools using strumming, sweeping, or gliding techniques, then several resources of essential oils to assist with supporting immune system, relaxation for overall Rejuvenating Therapy. I also use Rapid Nuro Fascial Reset to help your body to know where to start fixing several problems. This technique performed while fully dressed, applying pressure points along the spine and bony prominences, then moving arms or legs in flexions and extensions. The pain levels may decrease immediately or take two or three days to decrease. Either way, I am happy to have the skills to assist your body to heal from traumas accrued throughout the years.
Massage Therapy
Indulge in a therapeutic massage experience, effleurage and petrissage with the added benefit of Cupping, Heated stones, and Gua Sha tools to decrease tight muscles, alleviate tension, and promote overall well-being.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology Tape is used to temporally stabilize the joints and muscles to assist with decreasing pain levels. Can support foot/ankle/knees/hips/shoulders/arms/hands, back & neck, allowing full joint range of motion. Once it is taken off, it cannot be re-applied after one time use on skin.Can leave on for at least 3 days up to 2 weeks. Can shower or swim while wearing the whole time.
