Kinesiology Tape is used to temporally stabilize the joints and muscles to assist with decreasing pain levels. Can support foot/ankle/knees/hips/shoulders/arms/hands, back & neck, allowing full joint range of motion. Once it is taken off, it cannot be re-applied after one time use on skin. Can leave on for at least 3 days up to 2 weeks. Can shower or swim while wearing the whole time.
