‘I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and am currently a practicing member of the BCAK. With over nine years of experience as a kinesiologist, I assist a diverse range of clients in returning to their daily lives more quickly after injuries. My primary goals for clients are to reduce pain intensity, improve core stability, enhance posture, and boost cardiovascular endurance.
