Paula is a registered physiotherapist who graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. She has developed a broad range of clinical experience, with a strong focus on sports-related injuries, complex musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain management, and post-operative rehabilitation. Paula is passionate about helping individuals restore function, optimize performance, and return to the activities they love - whether that’s competitive sport, recreational exercise, or daily living. Her approach to treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying cause of symptoms. She integrates evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, soft tissue release, exercise prescription, and movement retraining, while also placing a strong emphasis on patient education and self-management. Each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique goals, needs, and lifestyle of her clients, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Paula has advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy and clinical Pilates. She works with clients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, pre- and postnatal concerns, and related conditions that can significantly impact quality of life. Outside of the clinic, Paula maintains an active lifestyle herself. She enjoys practicing Pilates, cycling, hiking and spending time in nature. These personal interests not only keep her active but also inspire her professional practice by deepening her understanding of movement, balance, and body awareness.

Pelvic Health Assessments include an in depth analysis of the pelvic floor, abdominal, low back and breathing mechanics. We address and manage pelvic pain, urogenital and urogynecologal disorders, preparation for labour, post partum recovery and return to exercise. If you have not yet had an assessment, then this is the appointment you need to get started.
