Dr. Kim Daniels, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Tufts University and specializes in pelvic health and orthopedic care. Kim integrates her clinical expertise with her yoga teaching to support mindful, individualized movement. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through practices that honor each person’s unique anatomy, needs, and goals. Originally from New Hampshire, Kim now lives in Rhode Island with her husband and their dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors year-round.
60 minute comprehensive evaluation including posture and alignment, mobility, stability, strength, flexibility, and functional mobility, including a detailed assessment of pelvic floor muscle structure and function. Your evaluation includes a comprehensive history, education related to pelvic floor function and dysfunction and a hands-on assessment of muscle structure, tone, length and strength focused on identifying the root cause of your symptoms or limitations.
