I've been a dedicated practitioner of Massage Therapy since 2013. Graduating from Mount Royal University’s 2200 hour Massage Therapy program. I continue to advance my presence in the Massage Education system instructing at Seminars for Health, helping other health care practitioners to advance their skill sets. My specializations are in Dynamic Cupping Massage, Intraoral Jaw Massage, Advanced Orthopedic Massage Therapy, Pregnancy and Postnatal and Pediatric Massage. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies, through proper education and the prevention of injury through massage. When working with clients, I believe that treatment continues at home, through the use of home care programs, general body and lifestyle awareness.
Intraoral TMJ treatment (Temporomandibular Joint) manually addresses the internal/external muscles of the jaw, allowing for better access and treatment with precision. Generally, issues arise due to injury to the joint; trauma to the face, whiplash injury, concussion, orthodontics, grinding/clenching due to stress and orthodontic surgery.
