I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of Massage Therapy since 2013. Graduating from Mount Royal University’s 2200 hour Massage Therapy program. I continue to advance my presence in the Massage Education system instructing at Seminars for Health, helping other health care practitioners to advance their skill sets. My specializations are in Dynamic Cupping Massage, Intraoral Jaw Massage, Advanced Orthopedic Massage Therapy, Pregnancy and Postnatal and Pediatric Massage. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies, through proper education and the prevention of injury through massage. When working with clients, I believe that treatment continues at home, through the use of home care programs, general body and lifestyle awareness.
A pregnancy massage is a specialized treatment tailored to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of expecting mothers. Unlike traditional massages, it features pregnancy-safe adjustments to body positioning, techniques, and pressure to ensure the complete safety and comfort of both mother and baby.
