I opened RituaLuna Wellness with the intention of bringing gentle, life-affirming massage, myofascial release, cranial-sacral, and women's health practices to the community. I specialize in slow, gentle, trauma-informed myofascial release, cranial-sacral, and afab/women's health bodywork. While the hands-on techniques I offer utilize less pressure the intention and effect are deep and transformative. Touch therapy is my passion and my life's work and I am dedicated to developing the art, discipline, and craft of what I offer. I graduated from a 4 year masters degree in Chinese Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at the end of June 2026. I will be practicing massage/myofascial release with the addition of gua sha, cupping, and other therapeutic modalities at RituaLuna Wellness this summer while I study for and complete my board exams (expected licensure early September 2026). Additional offerings aligned with my Chinese Medicine Training include Taishen (external energetic stimulation of acupuncture points using a metal tool- not a needle), fire cupping, and gua sha as well as hydrotherapy and herbal consultations.

Focused work to the neck, pecs, scalp, and jaw is blended with CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release, and gentle intra-oral techniques to unwind deep patterns of tension. Designed to ease TMJ pain, headaches, clenching, and overall facial tension.
