Monica is a caring, compassionate, and energetic physiotherapist who is committed to helping her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. She holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University, as well as an Honours Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences from Wilfrid Laurier University. Monica has a passion for lifelong learning and continues to expand her clinical expertise through post-graduate education focused on manual therapy. She treats a variety of orthopedic conditions using an evidence-based approach that includes a combination of myofascial release, joint mobilizations, patient education, and a personalized exercise program, with the goal of restoring a patient’s physical function. She strongly believes that successful rehabilitation begins with working collaboratively with patients to understand their unique needs and goals. In her free time, Monica enjoys being outside, staying active and hanging out with family and friends.
