The Deep Alignment Session

The Deep Alignment Session is a 90-minute acupuncture session designed for patients who are moving through a big transition, carrying complex emotions, or facing questions that deserve more internal space than a standard appointment allows. This treatment blends acupuncture with guided meditation and optional sound healing to help your system settle into deeper states of clarity and repair. Acupuncture helps regulate your nervous system and endocrine pathways, while sound and guided meditation help to regulate your Shen (spirit) and open the mind in a way that allows you to hear your own inner guidance more clearly, bringing your entire being back to coherence. This is the right choice when you feel yourself changing, shedding old identities, or sensing a shift you can’t yet articulate. It’s for the moments when the body asks for stillness, clarity, and space to integrate what’s moving through you. It is also a great option for a deep seasonal tuneup. Patients describe this experience as grounding, emotionally clarifying, and deeply restorative, putting them back in touch with their intuition or internal navigating system. This option is for established patients only at this time.
