A soothing & calming massage using light pressure with customizable infused therapeutic essential oils. This massage is a soothing, gentle, flowing style that promotes relaxation, relieves muscular tension, reduces stress, plus improves circulation along with lymph flow and helps support your immune system. It focuses on regulating your Autonomic Nervous System, by switching into your Parasympathetic Nervous System which controls the body’s ability to relax & conserve energy. This session also includes the use of a Gravity weighted blanket (20lbs) to further assisted in the deeper relaxation & reduce anxiety. You also have a choice between a sleeping mask that provides both massage + heat or an ultra-soft velvet heated face mask. Both can reduce eye strain, headaches & facial tension. This session ends with you being able to take a quick resting nap( ~10-15minutes). *For pregnant women, please refer to the maternity massage.*
