This is a program is for post op or active clients looking for structure, accountability, and gains—whether you’re training through an injury or aiming to optimize movement. You’ll receive customized programming 3x/week tailored to your goals, plus regular video review and direct communication for ongoing feedback and progressions. - this is unlimited ongoing support and access to me with 12 -16 programmed sessions/month. (Note: In-person rehab is $135/session with no video review or programming between visits.)
