Therapeutic Massage + Facial Wellness includes a 60-minute full body massage, followed by 30 minutes dedicated to your face and scalp. It starts with a specific and targeted face and scalp massage, followed by facial acupuncture under the infrared light therapy panel. This treatment is designed to leave you feeling extra relaxed and your skin hydrated and glowing. the facial acupuncture targets draining lymphatic fluid, tension that causes headaches and TMJ pain, relaxation points to improve sleep, stress, and anxiety. The infrared light therapy helps repair our skin, decrease tension, and improve the effectiveness of acupuncture needles.

Your session begins with a guided body scan and breathwork to help you ground and connect, creating space for relaxation and healing. You’ll experience a deep fascia release, facial sculpting massage, buccal (intraoral) massage to ease jaw tension, facial cupping to boost circulation, and gua sha to lift, define, and support lymphatic flow.
