The session will offer varying depths of touch. There will be light to deep qualities of touch depending on what types of tension the body is carrying. There will be soft tissue manipulation and if needed adjustments to the structural layer. The intention is to find and integrate the tension into the body for it to be expressed in a more refined vitalistic way. Also to have the spine be aligned and the nervous system to be free of interference.
