Biodynamic massage combines the interface of biodynamic craniosacral therapy with the tools of deep tissue and Swedish massage. Sessions begin by warming up the muscle tissues to be worked with, guided by the quiet resources of health present in the body. The first 20-30 minutes we will discuss your health history and a short physical exam. Then, we will discuss a treatment plan and finish with an acupuncture treatment which may include infrared light therapy, cupping, & lifestyle recommendations.
