A Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ) treatment for the muscles that affect how our jaw functions. If you identify with a sore and even painful jaw, you may be suffering from a muscular imbalance which impacts the TMJ structure. This treatment will help to alleviate common symptoms of pain, clicking, popping and/or a restriction of movement and inflammation.

Formerly called "Buccal Face Massage". This is a Russian buccal face, scalp and neck massage. Oil is used, it has an intra-oral component and can be vigorous at times, yet relaxing overall. Buccal massage is great for increasing blood flow, decreasing face tension - especially in the mimic muscles, jaw issues, headaches and overall relaxation. Treatment ends with a hot towel. Please wait a minimum of 48hours after botox, 6weeks after filler, or Doctor recommendation.

In this 1h session, you and your therapist will go over your health history, do and assessment, come up with a treatment plan, go through informed consent AND have a lymphatic drainage session. Recommendations for follow up treatments as well as home care will also be part of this appointment. You will be provided with a receipt that says registered occupational therapy.
