Initial Assessment

During the initial visit, a thorough history and physical examination will be conducted. Please bring in any relevant lab work or imaging studies that have been conducted. The findings will then be explained to you and we will discuss treatment goals, therapeutic options and self-management strategies. Treatment will also be provided during this visit.
