Private 1-on-1 sessions with clients that are 60 minutes in length. A Kinesiologist facilitates active rehabilitation for clients through individually tailored programs to increase core stability, overall strength, endurance, and active/passive range of motion. These tailored programs can include stretching, strengthening, and endurance exercises that will cater to rehabilitation of an injury, conditioning for injury prevention and performance improvement.
