Nika graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in active rehabilitation. She is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology (BCAK). Throughout high school she competed in many sports at the provincial level including soccer, volleyball, track & field, and swimming. Fitness and rehabilitation have remained an important part in her life, and she expands her knowledge base constantly. In her down time, Nika likes to sew or read. Private 1-on-1 sessions with clients that are 60 minutes in length. A Kinesiologist facilitates active rehabilitation for clients through individually tailored programs to increase core stability, overall strength, endurance, and active/passive range of motion. These tailored programs can include stretching, strengthening, and endurance exercises that will cater to rehabilitation of an injury, conditioning for injury prevention and performance improvement.
