Nika graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in active rehabilitation. She is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology (BCAK). Throughout high school she competed in many sports at the provincial level including soccer, volleyball, track & field, and swimming. Fitness and rehabilitation have remained an important part in her life, and she expands her knowledge base constantly. In her down time, Nika likes to sew or read. She also has podcast recommendations for almost any topic!
