+ HST = $107.35 This is a standard follow-up registered massage therapy treatment session that is 50 minutes in length. Your session will include 45 minutes of hands-on massage therapy as well as 5 minutes of self-care exercise prescription and education that will help you maintain your health between sessions.

Osteopathy
$140 + hst. This initial 50 minute assessment & osteopathic treatment utilizes osteopathic techniques and tissue manipulation to help restore your state of health and well-being. During this session, a health history interview will be conducted and you will be given the opportunity to provide consent to be treated by Karah. During this session, a wide range of techniques are used to assess and treat that can include joint mobilizations, fascial release, muscle energy, scar release, visceral manipulation and craniosacral techniques to address the root cause of your symptoms. Treatment is performed with clothes-on that are preferably a comfortable thin fabric.
- Musculoskeletal assessment and whole-body assessment for pain.
- Manipulative treatment targeting joint mechanics and mobility restoration.
- Soft tissue techniques and fascial system release for tissue tension.
- Visceral manipulation addressing digestive and pelvic organ dysfunction.
