Massage Therapy
This appointment is dedicated to massage ONLY. No other treatments such as acupuncture, diet recommendations, supplement recommendations, blood tests, IV therapy, etc will be provided during this visit. If you are using insurance, this appointment will only be covered if you have naturopathic medicine coverage. Massage therapy coverage may not be used when working with a Naturopathic Doctor.
- Muscle tension reduction through manual soft tissue techniques.
- Myofascial release for chronic pain and restricted movement.
- Cupping therapy to relieve muscle tightness and improve circulation.
- Gua sha for fascial release and localized pain relief.

Naturopath
This 60-75 minute long appointment is dedicated to understanding your entire health history. All new patients must have an Initial Assessment before treatment can be provided. In person is preferred for specifically the initial assessment so that physical exams can be completed, however virtual appointments are available. The first 30-45 mins will involve history taking, the following 15 mins will involve physical exams, the last 15 mins will involve discussion of blood testing or some preliminary treatment recommendations if your case is not too complex.
