Jaylynn was born and raised in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, and is a recent graduate of the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques (Halifax Campus), where she earned her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in April 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University (2019) and brings over five years of clinical experience working in multi-disciplinary settings. Starting as a Physiotherapy Assistant and later working as a Kinesiologist, Jaylynn developed and implemented personalized exercise programs for individuals living with chronic pain and coordinated care for patients with complex rehabilitation needs. Jaylynn is passionate about supporting her patients in restoring, improving, and maintaining their health and function. She takes a client-centered approach, combining her strong foundation in kinesiology with osteopathic principles to offer holistic manual treatments. Her goal is to create a supportive space where patients feel heard, cared for, and empowered to take an active role in their wellness journey. When she’s not in the clinic, Jaylynn enjoys playing volleyball, walking through Halifax’s North End, and spending cozy evenings puzzling at home with her two cats.
