Platinum Physiotherapy
Emily is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated with a degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She has gained valuable experience working in hospital settings across Ireland, developing a strong foundation in evidence-based assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Emily combines traditional physiotherapy with her training in mat work, reformer Pilates and clinical Pilates to support rehabilitation, improve movement quality and reduce the risk of injury. She is also a qualified personal trainer, which allows her to integrate strength and conditioning principles into personalised rehabilitation and exercise programmes. She takes a whole-picture approach to treatment, recognising the importance of lifestyle factors such as activity levels, work demands, stress and overall movement habits alongside physical assessment. Emily’s goal is to empower her clients to better understand their bodies and to build strength, confidence and resilience in their movement. Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys running and sea swimming, and she values staying active as part of a balanced healthy lifestyle.
