Natalie is a bilingual (French & English) graduate from the three year Algonquin College Massage Therapy Program. She is an active member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Prior to studying Massage Therapy, she attended the University of Ottawa receiving a degree in English. With her academic background and her love for sports and fitness, understanding the human body came naturally. She has experience in pre/post natal massage, sports massage, chronic pain and myofascial release. With her dedication and enthusiasm, she aims to help individuals reach their wellness goals and gain confidence in their everyday lives.
