Holistic Wellness Physiotherapy
Zach has his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and Master of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)and Reconditioning Specialist through Reconditioning HQ. Along with working at Sport Science, Zach is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Carleton Place Canadians Junior A Hockey Team. When Zach isn’t working he loves enjoying the outdoors, country music, and playing golf, soccer, or hockey. He is excited to be a part of the Sport Science team and for the opportunity to collaborate and grow with other amazing practitioners. His passion for research and the integration of objective data in his exercise programming is evident in everything he does. Zack’s commitment to seeking out the best practices in exercise programming is proven to be invaluable as he works to support his clients in progressing toward their goals.
