Syd is a knowledgeable and personable physiotherapist with a passion for treating sports & movement-related injuries, as well as addressing and normalizing pelvic floor conditions. She received her Masters of Physical Therapy (MPT) from Queen’s University after completing her BA in Clinical Kinesiology at Western University. With an extensive background in personal training, a variety of competitive sports, and fitness races she brings a comprehensive and empathetic approach to client care. She focuses on collaborative, holistic, and individualized treatment to empower clients to achieve their goals and get back to doing what they love. In her free time, Syd loves to travel, read, spend time outside, try out new workout classes, and go on long walks with her dog Takoda.
