Leslie studied Massage Therapy at Algonquin College and graduated with honours in 2025. She is registered with the CMTO. As a seasoned group fitness instructor, avid traveler and recovering desk-worker, Leslie appreciates the toll that playing, living and working takes on the body. Practicing massage therapy allows her to combine her love of anatomy and physiology with her passion for supporting active lifestyles and helping people move better in a practical and results-oriented way. Known for being easygoing, empathetic, and genuine, she creates a warm and welcoming environment where individuals can simultaneously relax, restore balance and mobility to soft tissues, and release areas of tension. Her goal is to work with you to support your healthcare needs and ensure that you leave feeling better than you did on arrival. Leslie provides treatments including deep tissue and Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and stretching techniques. Passionate about education, don’t be surprised if she provides a quick and practical anatomy or physiology lesson to help you understand and improve your physical functioning outside of the treatment room.
