Kenna has a strong background in both rehabilitation and performance training. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University, where she also completed certificates in Business and Strength & Conditioning. As a previous varsity athlete who competed with Queen’s Wrestling, Kenna developed a deep appreciation for the importance of injury recovery and high-performance training. Her lifelong involvement in sport continues to fuel her passion for physiotherapy and her commitment to helping others move better, recover from injury, and reach their full potential. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Kenna gained valuable experience in strength and conditioning, serving as lead intern for Queen’s Women’s Rugby and working with athletes from the Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL. These experiences have shaped her practice, where she integrates manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and patient education to create individualized treatment plans. Kenna gained valuable experience in a variety of settings, including private practice, critical care, and rehabilitation facilities. She is dedicated to combining evidence-based physiotherapy with performance-driven strategies to optimize recovery, prevent injury, and enhance function. Above all, Kenna is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Outside the clinic, Kenna is usually found outdoors staying active with golf, hiking, and skiing!
