Platinum Physiotherapy
Courtney graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University in 2022, gaining experience in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and pitch-side support. She completed a six-month placement in Virginia, USA, working with lacrosse, American football, and basketball teams, and qualified as a Mat Pilates Instructor during this time. In 2025, Courtney completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. She undertook placements across hospital and community settings, working with patients of all ages, from paediatric and elderly to post-operative and sports-related cases. Outside of placements, she worked in two private clinics and a gym, providing injury management, rehabilitation programmes, manual therapy, and teaching fitness and Pilates classes. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, combining hands-on physiotherapy with movement-based exercises such as Pilates, supporting clients of all abilities to restore function, improve strength, and build long-term resilience. Courtney has a particular interest in sports injuries. Having competed in Irish dancing at world championship level from the age of 3, she understands the demands of high-level performance and structured rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys running, strength training, and Pilates, and is currently training to become a qualified Irish dance teacher. She brings the same passion for movement and performance to her work, helping clients move with confidence and achieve their goals.
