Lymphatic Drainage
Works to clear blockages, move stagnant lymph and improve the bodies overall functioning. Recommended to book in a series of 3-5 sessions depending on your body's lymphatic state. Please wear light clothing, t-shirts, yoga pants or shorts. Precautions: Not in the first trimester of pregnancy and short sessions with uncontrolled heart issues (must be stable on meds for 6 months). If changing meds, we can start with 30 min sessions.
